Who we are

10K Offers (“we”) runs 10koffers.ng. We decide how your waitlist details are used, so under the NDPA we are the data controller. Questions? Email info@10koffers.ng.

What we collect

• When you join: your first name, email address and WhatsApp number, and whether you ticked “Send me launch updates”.
• How you found us: the website that sent you and any campaign tags in the link (for example “utm_source=instagram”).
• Page visits: Vercel Analytics counts visits without cookies and without knowing who you are.

We don’t collect payment details and we don’t use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To tell you when 10K Offers launches and give you early access. Lawful basis: you asked to join the waitlist.
• To send launch updates, tips and offers on WhatsApp and email, only if you ticked the box. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To see which channels bring people in, so we spend less on marketing. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest. We look at totals, not at you.

We never sell your details.

Who can see it

Only the 10K Offers team. Two service providers store data for us: Supabase (our database) and Vercel (website hosting and analytics). Their servers may be outside Nigeria. We only use providers with strong security and contracts that protect your data, as the NDPA requires.

How long we keep it

Until 10K Offers launches, plus up to 12 months to help you get started. After that we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do so within 30 days.

How we keep it safe

Your details are stored in a locked database that only our website’s server can reach, and every connection is encrypted (https).

Your rights

Under the NDPA you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your details
• correct anything that’s wrong
• delete your details
• stop sending you updates (withdraw your consent)
• stop using your details for a purpose you object to
• send your details to you or another service in a common format

Email info@10koffers.ng from the address you signed up with. We reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.

Age

10K Offers is for people aged 18 and over. Please don’t join the waitlist if you’re younger.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is important, we’ll tell you by email first.
